Modular resource platform

In a bid to boost event efficiency, we built an entirely reusable and re-skinnable resource and live event portal. Incorporating platform registration, in-person / online module RSVP (and add to calendars), networking, document sharing and coursework upload, clients can also integrate the video calling software of a their choice (or a combination thereof) with any live modules.

Via the notification homepage, clients can welcome and inform attendees using articles, PDFs, and external links. Through the client admin panel, they can create and host discussions and generate registration and attendance reports.

The entire platform can be cloned and rebranded with specific functionality being toggled on/off to create the resource portal and live event platform a client needs, cost efficiently and sustainably.

Registration

Fully customisable to an event's need and password protected if required, our reg forms can contain any number of field types, integrate with a client's Stripe account for "fee-less" ticketing and connect to third party applications via API endpoints.

Profiling

Connect to LinkedIn via an opt in/out attendee list, complete with profile image. All fields and privacy options are amendable by the attendee at any time.

Discussion

Clients can create discussion boards instantaneously, themed by topic or simply associated with an existing session / module.

Notifications

Inform and guide attendees via notifications on the platform homepage. Content for each can include documents, videos, imagery and third party embed codes all manageable via the client dashboard.

Documents

In addition to global platform notifications, conditionally visible files and links can be made available on registration to each specific session / module. Once RSVP'd, resources are instantaneously available to the attendee.

Coursework

Where required, attendees can also upload documents back to the platform for review. Clients can then liaise with attendees or feedback, prompted by platform notification emails.

RSVPs

In addition to global platform registration, modules/sessions can include their own RSVP mechanisms to incorporate add to calendars and specific attendance information.

Hybrid

Where sessions have both online and in-person attendance options, add to calendars will include the information specific to an attendee's chosen method of attendance.

Streaming

Platform agnostic, sessions can be integrated with the video calling software of a client's preference. Or any combination thereof.
