Pharmaceutical assessments

Tasked with building a virtual platform for ongoing pharmaceutical events, we needed to be able to guarantee access for all clients regardless of device or software restrictions, whilst also delivering information in a clear and concise format.

The content available to attendees and the joining links made available to them would be determined by their breakout allocation, user role and speaking / camera permissions per session.

The platform would also need to assess attendees’ learnings and subsequently certify, as and when they had reached a pre-determined level of proficiency.

Protected content

By login or user level. Whilst an entire site can be restricted to registered and logged in users, content can also be restricted on a per-user or user group basis.

On demand hub

Pre or post event content can be made available for on-demand viewing. Not only for convenience but also acting as a safety net for anybody unable to attend the live event for unexpected reasons.

Instant chat support

Across the entire platform - covering attendees facing login issues to general "how-to's"

Live streams or video calling

Where investigator meetings are restricted to specific video calling platforms, we can integrate accordingly and direct attendees to external links accordingly

Feedback forms

Inline feedback forms for mid or post sessions data capture

Guided content

Progressive or suggested content based on the attendee's recently watched sessions or registration choices. We can guide attendees through sessions in a specific order or based on their viewing habbits.

Fully customisable

Questions could be customised as single select fields, multi-select or drag and drop to re-order answers. All questions themselves could be interchanged per study.

Pass/fail rates

A pre-determined pass/fail rate could be set by either percentage, score or grade. Results could be displayed to attendees or reported to the client for future certification.

Certificates and reporting

Customised PDF certificates could be created upon completion of the assessment and dependent upon a user's score.
