A client required a medical poster upload portal to include mandatory professional fields such as author(s), disclaimers and affiliations. All posters would then be displayed on a series of interactive touchscreen displays at the event venue as a sustainable alternative to print.
Our upload portal would handle resolutions and dimensions such that all posters displayed correctly on the touchscreens, where they could be searched by author, title or keyword. In turn, posters could be transferred to an attendee’s mobile device by scanning its QR code or tapping an NFC tag.
Historically, posters would have been submitted to the client by email and manually proofed with sizing/resolution a regular pain-point that our solution addressed.
