ExhibitorLink

We developed ExhibitorLink as a touchscreen digital signage solution for remote exhibiting, data capture and lead generation. The web based platform allows exhibitors to display PDFs, articles and videos without being physically present at an event, whilst also enabling direct interaction with attendees through video calls, instant chat or email.

Leads and potential customer contact information can be collected through the scanning of on-screen QR codes that lead to the external articles that have been added to an ExhibitorLink page.

With a focus on sustainability, ExhibitorLink removes the requirement to print, manufacture or travel in order to have a presence at an event. In addition, we developed a simple exhibitor admin panel through which each exhibitor can collate and manage all articles, videos and branding relative to the touchscreen on their stand.

Organiser gateway

Where exhibitors are unable to attend an event in person, an organiser can offer a digital alternative through ExhibitorLink. Admins can add exhibitors, who then have access to an online dashboard to create and control their own digital content.

When in-person exhibiting is not logistically possible, ExhibitorLink opens up an alternative revenue stream for event organisers and exhibitors alike.

Exhibitors can include the video calling software of their choice for instant communications between themselves and visiting event attendees.

Connections

Team members can be added by exhibitors through their admin panel. Profiles can include headshots, email addresses and LinkedIn profiles as well as job titles and biographies.

Transferable

All content can be transferred to attendees' mobile devices by scanning QR codes that are generated dynamically, for all content uploaded by the exhibitor.

Data and reports

All touchscreen interaction is logged, as well as article and team member QR code scans. A contact collection portal can sit between each scan and the subsequent content to maximise your lead generation.

Content management

PDFs, articles, team members and video call settings can be managed by exhibitors through their admin panel. Image dimensions and file management is automated such that content displays at the optimum resolution.

Virtual booth

Upload graphics or select the colour of your virtual booth to replicate how the screen will look on-site, to the backdrop of a fully functioning, scale replica of the digital signage screen within your dashboard.
